buildingchloe.com is operated by Building Chloe Company ("Building Chloe", "we"), based in Malaysia. Using this site means you accept the terms below.
What this site is
This site exists to describe services and receive enquiries. It does not sell products, does not process payment, and does not form a contract.
Any actual project is agreed separately with Building Chloe after we have spoken about scope, timing and cost.
About pricing
The RM699 and RM1,500 shown on this site are starting prices for the most basic configuration. Actual scope and final cost are confirmed with you after we talk.
Nothing on this site is a formal quotation or offer, and nothing here guarantees a result.
About the Building Blueprint result
The score, stage and recommendation the Blueprint produces are calculated from the answers you give. They are a reference to help you see where you are stuck.
They are not professional advice and guarantee no business outcome. What is actually worth doing gets discussed properly when we talk.
Work and examples
The work page shows things Building Chloe has built. Where an example is a concept demonstration rather than a live system for a paying client, the page says so.
Unless stated otherwise, names or figures appearing in examples do not represent real businesses.
External links
This site links out to third-party services such as WhatsApp. Once you follow such a link, that provider's terms and privacy policy apply, and that is outside our control.
Fair use
Please do not send us false information, attempt to access data that is not yours, or interfere with the operation of this site.
Intellectual property
The Building Chloe name, marks and site content belong to Building Chloe Company unless stated otherwise. Please do not reuse them without permission.
Liability
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top of the page changes. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Malaysian law, and disputes arising from this site are subject to the Malaysian courts.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
