I'm Chloe, from Kuching, Sarawak.

I don't have a tech background.

When I started, I didn't even know how a website went live. AI, automation, systems, websites — I learned all of it myself, one piece at a time. Build, get it wrong, fix it, repeat until it works.

Somewhere along the way I noticed something. Most owners aren't failing because they're lazy. They're failing because nothing is joined up. One person built the website. Someone else runs the social. Customers are in WhatsApp, the list is in Excel, quotes are in the phone's camera roll. In the end the owner becomes the thing holding it all together. Stop for a week and the business stops with you.

So I started Building Chloe.

I don't build you a website. I join the whole line — from how people first hear about you, to how they find you, to what the system does with them once they're in. Brand, content, filming, websites, landing pages, apps, AI automation, CRM. These were always meant to be one line. Very few people look at them together.

What I turn down: projects where someone wants a nicer-looking website but has no intention of changing how the work actually flows. I'd be taking your money for nothing.

Freedom, to me, isn't a luxury. It's deciding how my own hours get spent. I want the owners I work with to get that back too.
