I post. Nobody watches.
Posting isn't a content strategy. People watch because you're answering something they were already wondering.
This might be you
- You decide what to post on the day, every time
- You posted, nobody watched, so you slowly stopped
- You get views, but only from competitors and friends
- You can't tell which posts actually led to money
What you get
- Three to five content pillars — everything you make later grows out of these
- A list of 30 topics you can film straight away
- The job of each type: this one pulls people in, this one builds trust, this one asks for the sale
- How often, on which platform, and why
A real situation
A tuition centre was posting exam tips nobody read. We switched to what parents actually asked at the door — 'is my child behind?' The same effort started filling trial classes.
Common questions
- How often do I need to post?
- Less than you think, more consistently than you're doing now. Three good ones a week beats seven rushed ones.
- Which platform should I be on?
- Wherever your customers already are. In Malaysia that's usually a mix — and the answer differs a lot between Chinese-speaking and English-speaking audiences.
- How long before this works?
- Content is slow. Expect two to three months before the shape of it shows. If you need customers this week, ads are the honest answer.
