Do I actually need an app?

Most businesses don't need an app. When you genuinely do, it's because regulars use it over and over.

This might be you

  • You have membership, points, or stored credit
  • Customers use it several times a month, not once a year
  • You need push notifications
  • You've been quoted for an app and want a second opinion

What you get

  • A requirements pass — this step often ends with 'you don't need one'
  • iOS and Android
  • An admin to run it
  • Store submission handled

A real situation

A car wash was quoted RM40,000 for an app. What they needed was stored credit and a booking flow. A PWA did it for a fraction, and customers never had to visit a store.

Common questions

Do I really need an app?
Probably not. If customers touch you less than a few times a month, an app gets installed once and forgotten. We'll tell you when the answer is no.
App or PWA?
PWA unless you need push notifications, offline-heavy use, or hardware access. Most Malaysian SME cases are PWA cases.
How much?
Too variable to put a number on the page. The requirements pass exists so the quote is based on something real.

App Development

Everything else is quoted after we look. I do not price a system I have not seen.
