BC AI Sales Engine
Stop losing leads between “Hi” and “I’ll think about it.”
BC AI Sales Engine connects customer messages, qualification, CRM, follow-up, appointments and human sales into one journey. The question isn’t whether AI can reply. It’s whether the lead keeps moving forward.

The real problem
The reply isn’t the problem.
The next step is.
Most businesses can answer. What they can’t do is carry one customer from the first message all the way to a booking, a payment and a reason to come back — without someone holding it in their head.
- 11hThe reply came the next morning By then they’d already asked somewhere else.
- —Nobody knows what was already asked The customer repeats themselves to the third person.
- —Follow-up depends on remembering Busy week, forgotten lead.
- —The booking never actually got made Interested is not the same as in the calendar.
- —Deposit and payment sit somewhere else Nobody is sure who has paid.
- —After the sale, silence The easiest customer to sell to is the one you already served.
The Building Chloe Line™
One lead. Nine steps.
Nothing dropped in between.
- 01 Customer message Someone asks a question, in whatever channel they already use. WhatsApp, Instagram DM, Messenger, Website chat
- 02 AI understands It reads what the customer actually wants, not just matching keywords. Intent, Service, Timing, Language
- 03 Qualification What we know, what still needs asking, and whether this is ready to book. Service, Preferred time, Budget context, Missing information
- 04 CRM record One record for this customer, not five screenshots in three phones. Contact, Source, History, Status, Owner
- 05 Follow-up The second and third message go out whether or not anyone remembered. Timing rules, Message design, Stop conditions
- 06 Appointment A real time in a real calendar, with a reminder before it. Availability, Booking, Reminder, Reschedule
- 07 Human sales A person takes over with the full context already attached. Handoff rules, Context packet, Ownership
- 08 Next step / payment Deposit, quotation, or whatever has to happen for this to become real. Deposit link, Quotation, Payment status
- 09 Retention / reactivation After the sale is where the next sale starts. Review request, Repeat reminder, Reactivation
It doesn’t stop at the appointment
- 07Human sales A person takes over with the full context already attached.
- 08Next step / payment Deposit, quotation, or whatever has to happen for this to become real.
- 09Retention / reactivation After the sale is where the next sale starts.
02 · AI understands
One sentence becomes
something the business can use.
Hi, saw your IG. Nak book hair treatment for Saturday 3pm boleh? Budget around RM300 ok ah?

Budget context is only read from what the customer says. The system never guesses anyone’s wealth.

We design against how your customers actually write — Chinese, English, BM and mixed. We don’t claim it understands every possible rojak sentence perfectly. Where it isn’t sure, it hands over rather than guesses.
07 · Human sales
AI doesn’t decide
who deserves a person.
You do — when we set the rules together at build time. Every thread ends up in one of three lanes, and you can see which one from the record.
- High confidence AutoIt answers, records it, and keeps the lead moving.
- Medium confidence MonitorIt answers, and flags the thread for a person to read.
- Low / special request Human takeoverIt stops, and hands the thread to a person.

What the person sees
The whole thread, already organised. Nobody asks the customer to repeat what they said twenty minutes ago.
Confidence is shown here as High / Medium / Low, and this page is a scripted preview. It is not an audited model score.
Managed
The system gets better
after it goes live.
This is what the monthly fee is for. Real conversations show you where the system is wrong, and where the business is leaking. Somebody has to read them.

- Repeat
Who does the reading
Chloe leads direction, conversation design and system architecture. The monthly review is done by the people who built your system — because knowing what it was designed to do is what lets you see where it has drifted.

- Conversation reviewReading real threads, not a dashboard.
- Knowledge improvementWhat it answered wrong, or couldn’t answer at all.
- Follow-up optimisationTiming and wording that actually get replies.

- Workflow improvementSometimes the process is the problem, not the AI.
Software gives you the tool.
Managed optimisation makes it fit your business.
To be clear about how this works: the system does not quietly teach itself. Building Chloe reads real interactions and improves it deliberately — knowledge, wording, timing, routing and sometimes the workflow itself.

How we build it
Official integrations first.
- Official-first We build on supported, official platform integrations. Grey automation is not our default approach, and we’ll tell you plainly when something isn’t officially supported.
- Human handoff Every deployment has defined conditions under which a person takes over. Those conditions are set with you, not by us alone.
- Client ownership Your customer records and conversation history belong to you. We build so you can export them and take them with you.
- Consent where required Marketing and follow-up messaging follows the consent rules of the channel being used.
- Opt-out where applicable Customers can stop automated follow-up, and that stop is respected across the system.
- Conversation logging Threads are recorded so they can be reviewed and improved — and so the history is yours.
- Scope-based integration What gets connected, logged and automated is defined per project. Availability depends on project scope and implementation.

BC AI Sales Engine
Setup includes
- Channel connection and testing
- Knowledge build from your real materials
- Conversation and qualification design
- CRM connection and record structure
- Follow-up rules and handoff conditions
- Structured testing before go-live
Managed includes
- Conversation review
- Knowledge improvement
- Follow-up optimisation
- Unknown questions
- Drop-off review

- Workflow improvement
- Minimum term
- Managed AI engagements start with a minimum 3-month period, so there is enough real conversation data to review and improve the system after launch. One month usually only shows you the starting point.
- Setup timeline
- Most projects begin with a structured setup and testing phase before go-live. The actual timeline is confirmed after scope review — it depends on how many channels, how complete your materials are, and how complex the integrations get.
- Third-party costs
- Third-party usage such as WhatsApp / Meta messaging, AI model usage, SMS, hosting, APIs or other external services may be charged separately depending on actual usage and project scope.
Before you buy it
AI doesn’t run
your business alone.
Everything below is true, and we’d rather you read it now than find out later.
- It isn’t “install it and never touch it again” It needs a person reviewing real conversations. That’s the managed part.
- It doesn’t guarantee sales It makes sure leads keep moving. Closing is still selling.
- Not every question should be answered by AI Some threads should go to a person immediately, and we build those rules in on purpose.
- It isn’t finished when the subscription starts The first months are where most of the improvement happens.
- Not every workflow can be fully automated Some parts of your business need judgement, and should keep it.
- It isn’t magic without your input We need your real pricing, services, policies and edge cases to build the knowledge.

FAQ
The questions people
actually ask us.
Getting started
How long does setup take?
Most projects begin with a structured setup and testing phase before go-live. The actual timeline is confirmed after scope review, because it depends on how many channels you want, how complete your existing materials are, and how complex the integrations are. We don’t quote a guaranteed number of days on a web page.
What do I need to prepare?
Your real service list and pricing, your policies (deposits, cancellations, rescheduling), the questions customers ask most, and access to the channels and tools you already use. The more real material you give us, the better the knowledge build.
Can it connect to my existing website or system?
Usually yes, and that’s confirmed during scope review. If something can’t be connected properly we’ll tell you before you pay, and propose the closest workable option.
What it can and can’t do
Does AI replace my sales team?
No. It handles the part your team keeps losing — first replies, repeat questions, qualification, record-keeping and follow-up. When a thread needs judgement, it routes to a person with the full context attached. AI doesn’t decide who deserves a person; the rules we set together do.
What happens when it can’t answer?
It stops rather than guesses, and hands the thread over with everything already asked and answered attached. The unanswered question also goes into the monthly review so it becomes new capability.
Will it say something wrong?
It can. That’s exactly why the managed service exists and why low-confidence threads route to a human. We reduce it over time by reading real conversations, not by promising it never happens.
How many channels are included?
Channels can include WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and website chat, with others such as Telegram where required. The specific channels included in your project are confirmed in your proposal — we don’t promise unlimited channels, unlimited conversations or unlimited leads on a pricing card. What is included depends on project scope and platform support.
Data
Where is customer data stored?
In the CRM and systems agreed during setup. The structure, who has access, and what gets logged are all decided with you before go-live.
Can I export it?
Yes. Your customer records and conversation history are yours. We build so you can take them with you.
Who can see the conversations?
The people you give access to, plus the Building Chloe team members doing the monthly review. Access is defined at setup.
Money
Are WhatsApp / Meta / AI usage fees included?
No. Third-party usage such as WhatsApp / Meta messaging, AI model usage, SMS, hosting, APIs or other external services may be charged separately depending on actual usage and project scope. We’ll show you the expected cost shape during scope review rather than hiding it.
Why is there a monthly fee?
Because the system that launches on day one is not the system you want in month three. The fee buys conversation review, knowledge improvement, follow-up tuning and workflow changes — work done by people, not a software licence.
Can I buy setup only?
No. BC AI Sales Engine is a managed system, not a one-off chatbot delivery. The standard engagement is Setup plus a minimum 3 months of Managed. The reason is practical rather than commercial: a system that nobody reviews stays exactly as good as the day it launched, and real conversations always surface things the build phase could not. If you have a genuinely different requirement, that becomes a custom project and is quoted separately.
Can I stop the managed service?
Yes, after the minimum 3-month period. The system keeps running — it just stops improving, and nobody is watching where leads drop off.
How is human handoff handled?
Three lanes, defined with you at build time. High confidence runs automatically. Medium confidence still answers but flags the thread for a person to read. Low confidence and anything you mark as a special request stops and goes straight to a person. Whichever lane it takes, the full context — source, service, preferred time, what was already asked and already answered — travels with it, so nobody restarts the conversation from the first question.
