This policy explains what information Building Chloe Company ("Building Chloe", "we") collects through buildingchloe.com, why we collect it, and how it is handled.

Information we collect

When you use the Contact form, we collect what you choose to enter: name, company name, email, WhatsApp number, the service you're interested in, and a description of your problem. If you message us on WhatsApp directly, we receive whatever WhatsApp shares for that conversation (your number and messages). We do not collect payment information — Building Chloe does not process payments on this website.

How we use it

• To understand your enquiry and respond to you, by email or WhatsApp
• To keep an internal record of the conversation so our team stays consistent if more than one person is involved
• We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes

Where it's stored

Contact form submissions are stored in a private database (Supabase, hosted outside Malaysia) that only Building Chloe's team can access. It is not publicly visible.

Cookies

This website does not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. It uses standard, privacy-neutral third-party services to load fonts (Google Fonts), icons (Font Awesome) and styling (Tailwind CDN) — these may set minimal technical cookies as part of normal content delivery, not for tracking you.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. This aligns with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Contact buildingchloe@hotmail.com for any of these requests.
